How to Access SSEP Services
Exercise physiology services at SSEP can be accessed through a variety of funding pathways. Whether you hold a Medicare referral, private health insurance, an NDIS plan or a workers compensation claim, we'll help you understand your options.
Medicare — Chronic Disease Management
If you have a chronic or complex condition, your GP may be able to refer you under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, providing a Medicare rebate for up to five allied health sessions per calendar year. Ask your GP whether a CDM plan is appropriate for your situation.
